At BlackSite CrossFit, one of the first steps we offer is something called a No Sweat Consultation. And despite what the name might make you think, it has nothing to do with working out.

So… what is a No Sweat Consultation?

It’s simply a conversation.

No workout.
No pressure.
No sales pitch.

It’s a chance for us to sit down with you, learn about your goals, your past experiences with fitness, and what’s currently holding you back. We want to understand you before recommending anything.

Because fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Why we don’t start with a workout

Most gyms invite you in, throw you into a class, and hope you figure it out as you go. That can be intimidating — especially if you’re already unsure, overwhelmed, or feel like you’re “behind.”

We do things differently.

Before we talk about CrossFit, personal training, nutrition coaching, or boot camp, we want to understand:

  • What you want to improve
  • What hasn’t worked for you in the past
  • Your schedule, lifestyle, and comfort level
  • Any injuries, concerns, or hesitations

That way, we can recommend the right path — not just the most popular one.

This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what fits

A lot of people think the answer to fitness struggles is just trying harder or doing more. But most of the time, the issue isn’t effort — it’s alignment.

The No Sweat Consultation helps us make sure:

  • You’re choosing a program that fits your life
  • Your expectations are realistic and sustainable
  • You feel confident walking into the gym

When the plan fits, consistency follows.

What happens after the consultation?

If we’re a good fit, we’ll walk you through the best options for you — whether that’s CrossFit group classes, 1:1 personal training, nutrition coaching, boot camp, or a combination.

If we’re not the right fit? We’ll be honest about that too.

Our goal isn’t to sign everyone up.
Our goal is to help people succeed.
